Building a community of practice on urban refugee issues for a better and more inclusive urban governance
Resilience Development Initiative is honored to receive a networking grant from Royal Academy Engineering (RAEng) for the project “Building a Community of Practice on Urban Refugee Issues for a Better and more Inclusive Urban Governance”. Royal Academy of Engineering is a charity that harnesses the power of engineering to build a sustainable society and an inclusive economy that works for everyone.
The objective of this project is to build a community of practice (CoP), or a network of researchers, practitioners, and observers of issues related to forced displacement and urban management in transit countries, mainly at the regional level within Asia and the Pacific Region. The project has four main activities, namely, database building, virtual podcast session, virtual regional conference, and book development workshop.
