Biography
Jean Sonia P Langi is a Research Officer at RDI Urban Refugee Research Group. She graduated from the Faculty of Architecture, Building, and Planning, The University of Melbourne, Victoria and had previously finished her bachelor’s degree in architecture, Sam Ratulangi University, Indonesia. Her undergraduate background and experience in architecture led her to deepen her academic studies in urban planning and social science. During her graduate study, Jean developed her interests and sharpened her skills in issues of urban resilience and climate change, inclusive cities, participatory planning, and disaster management. She has more than 5 years of experience working and had previously worked for BIVI Studio and Ministry of Public Works and Housing, SNVT/Department of Housing Provision North Sulawesi.
